1. Introduction and nature of the service

EscortHoney is a listing and catalogue platform for independent adult advertisers and visitors. The operator is not a party to any agreement between users, does not provide the advertised services and does not guarantee their availability, quality or legality.

By using the site you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to them. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

2. Age and eligibility

The service is intended solely for persons over 18 who have also reached the age of majority under the law of the place where they use it. Profiles or content suggesting an age under 18 will be removed and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

3. Accounts and user responsibilities

The user is responsible for the accuracy of their data, for keeping their password secure and for all activity carried out through the account. Impersonating another person, creating deceptive profiles or circumventing moderation is prohibited.

An advertiser may publish only data and material for which they hold the necessary rights and consents. Contact details, photographs and other personal data of third parties must not be uploaded without their valid consent.

4. Content, moderation and removal

Illegal content, content infringing the rights of third parties, coercion, human trafficking, non-consensual violence, spam, fraudulent offers and any content involving minors are prohibited.

The operator may review, hide, reject or remove content and may restrict or close an account where necessary to protect users, the rights of third parties or to comply with legal obligations.

5. Reviews

Reviews must be based on a real experience, stay factual and must not contain threats, blackmail, personal data, hateful content or knowingly false claims. New reviews may be moderated before publication.

6. Liability

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for the conduct of users, the content of listings, interruptions of the service, or damage arising from an agreement or contact between users.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

7. What personal data we process

Depending on how the service is used, we may process account identification and contact data, profile data, photographs, the location chosen by the user, reviews, technical security logs and messages sent through the contact form.

Passwords are stored only as a cryptographic hash. Activation, recovery and sign-in tokens are time-limited; sensitive tokens are kept in secure HttpOnly cookies or stored in the database only as a hash.

8. Purpose, legal basis and retention period

We process data to operate accounts and profiles, for security and abuse prevention, moderation, support, compliance with legal obligations and protection of the legitimate interests of the operator and users.

We keep data for as long as the account is active and afterwards only for as long as needed to handle claims, security incidents and legal obligations. An unclaimed profile can be removed using the secure link from the invitation; an account owner may request deactivation or erasure.

9. Recipients and security

Data may be processed by the necessary providers of hosting, database, email infrastructure and technical support, always only to the extent needed to operate the service. We do not pass data on for the purpose of selling it.

We use access control, encrypted transport, limited sign-in tokens, validation of uploaded files and other appropriate technical and organisational measures. However, no internet system can be described as absolutely secure.

10. Your rights

To the extent set out in the GDPR you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or raise an objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Send requests to remove a profile, a photograph or other personal data to my@escorthoney.com. So that we do not delete data without authorisation, we may ask for reasonable proof of identity and for the affected content to be specified.

11. Cookies

The site uses essential cookies for age confirmation and secure sign-in. The current list and their lifetimes are set out in the separate cookie policy.

12. Changes to the terms and contact
